Thought it was too long, but helpful.
The course was very informative and easy to understand. I appreciated the real life examples and interactive review questions after each section. I now feel much more confident about responsible alcohol service. Highly recommend for everyone needing RBS certification.
Omg what are you doing here? This was the longest training!
okay
The notice that a module is complete gets in the way of the next module button.
The next module could be preloaded to eliminate the long wait for the next module to load.
Do we really need to know all the specific laws and their section numbers to know how to serve drinks and stay safe?
If you want servers to really learn how to properly serve or not serve drinks no not zone them out with unnecessary information.
Easy to follow and time given to think about the answers. I also liked that you could go back and play that section of the course again and again–I did it often!
