This course was very insightful and refreshing. I feel that I now have a clearer understanding of how important food safety in kitchen spaces. From learning how to properly wash hands, handle raw and ready to eat foods, and the importance of keeping foods out of the danger zone. The lessons that especially peaked my interest were cleaning and sanitation and preventing cross contamination. This is very important and everyone show be taught this lesson.
