Now I have all knowledge that how to handle food safety
The sections were well spaced. The graphics were clear and easy to understand. The voice reading was easy to listen to. This was a very good course In my opinion. One must take the time to read each question as sometimes you are asked the opposite of what you might assume is being asked. My advice is to take the time to properly understand what each question is asking. Also allow yourself enough time to learn and go at your own pace.
very simple and easy learning program
Easy to understand and detailed. GreaT
it was very beneficial and very helpful to take this course. And I would have to say it was definitely money well spent. Very informative some things I knew some things I didn’t know and it definitely opened up my eyes.
I enjoyed the brevity and manner in which the information
Questions about Trichinella was ask before the subject being explained. Overall I loved the training.

great easy to learn graphics
Excellent course!
good
Es largo pero hay que prestar atención pero se me hizo fácil y educativo
Excellent course with emphasis on important items
I found the AAA training through the Dept of ABC’s website, as AAA was a recommended vendor.
The training sessions seemed to be greatly outdated, with clunky graphics and awkward slide transitions. The platform doesn’t appear to have been updated since prior to 2023. It would be helpful if the platform would allow trainees to back up 15 seconds or so to review information, instead the module needs to start over.
When a question is answered incorrectly, the platform doesn’t explain what the correct answer is or why, it moves directly to the next question. This doesn’t allow for enhanced learning.
At one point, a slide was suddenly in Spanish, despite still clearly being in English mode.
The “narrator” routinely mispronounced words such as “conTRACTors” instead of contractors, “aTEEvan” instead of Ativan, and “OONaformaty” instead of uniformity. This was highly distracting and should be corrected.
i learned a lot
