Sometimes the audio would cut out. Sometimes completion of the module would be noted till I watched 2 or 3 times.
great explanation
very informative and to the point. Easy to understand and not boring.
Ok
It was helpful, but I would miss some information, so I went back over the video. I still miss the information, but it was still helpful, and I got some questions right.
Great
It was a lot of common sense.
Test was very understandable and knowledgeable.
Muy educativo
enjoyed seminar
It was quick and simple. I didn’t like that when I’d click next module and go back I’d have to completely restart whatever video I was on and not just resume. Or that I couldn’t just go back in the videos if I missed something. It was a bit slow sometimes but other than that everything was good.

Este curso abarca todos los conocimientos necesarios para que un administrador de alimentos realice una buena labor de supervisión de seguridad alimentaria en su establecimiento.
I think this course works. I’m actually not sure because I’m writing this before I take the exam. I don’t really understand the steps I need to take to send in my application, I assumed the company would have done that.
Bite-size modules and reviews reinforce learning and make it easier for the learner to retain the information presented. Great
Liked going at my own pace, liked the mini quizzes here and there. Videos were easy to follow and informative.

Upon completing this food handling course I have increased my knowledge of how to properly handle food to avoid contamination, and adhere to strict guidelines in an effort to minimize pathogens, and cross contamination. I would recommend this class to anyone who eats or cooks.
Easy to understand and follow.
So thankful
loved it
.
The course mentions MSG as a negative in food. The crusade against MSG over the last few decades has been proven to be a racially fueled campaign to drive Chinese and other Asian owned restaurants out of business. To not remove and alter that information and acknowledge this only serves to perpetuate a racist anti Asian Rhetoric. I hope you will recognize that continuing to say and spread this misinformation is harmful.
very informative
I learned a lot, thanks
Very informative
