Yes. Local regulations require that at least one CFPM be present or available during food service operations in establishments such as restaurants, caterers, institutional kitchens, and mobile vendors. While the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services provides statewide food safety guidance, it is the St. Louis County ordinances that make certification mandatory for designated managers. Certification ensures that the person in charge can correctly apply the Missouri Food Code and oversee staff practices.

This course was very informative very easy to follow along. I would recommend AAA Food Handler to anyone that’s needing to take any food establishment course.
I never knew how much my mother taught me, could be applicable in the food industry safety. Some things I always took for granted, as, “okay” were not really so. This training has reinforced some beliefs and changed others for the better, not only in my establishment but at home as well.
Very good training that was easy to understand and clear. The intermittent questions were very helpful to me.

I like the explanation way they did
I’m thankful there wasn’t a bunch of fluff but enough context to make everything make perfect sense. This is my first time taking a Food Manager course and this one was clear and helped me feel confident for my exam. My only critique would be that it would have been nice to see how much time I had left or how many slides/modules I had left so I could have planned my day better. I ended up having to take the course over 2 days because I did not allow enough time on the first day.
GREAT LAYOUT – EASY TO FOLLOW
Straight forward easy to understand
