Food Manager Reviews
4.9
The test was quick easy, and the questions were great.
Well organized, appropriate check points and highly engaging.
Good course, easy to follow, interesting and extremely helpful.
it is long but to the point
Every answers were pretty close but I am in relief
I learned more than I ever did VERY informative!
The video module setup of this course was extremely helpful and was structured in a way that allowed the topics to be broken down. Due to it being video based, it kept me engaged vs. having to sit and read 10 modules of information which could get redundant and can cause the user to lose focus. The other thing I felt was helpful were the mini quizzes to test your learning. That was helpful to make sure you’re understanding what’s being shown. The only thing I would change or explain in better detail are the cooking temperatures for the different types of meats. It felt that was swiftly explained and temperatures weren’t brought up any more after that module, so it’s difficult to remember the temps as they weren’t prioritized the best. Other than that, I would recommend this course to others as it’s information pact and presented in an engaging way.
It was an easy and informative way to receive my food handler card
Thought I knew it all regarding food handling but this course taught me some stuff I didn’t know. Thank you
Excellent course
I needed recertification training fast and on my own time. This was perfect
I founded very useful
It was easy to understand and got me through, it was very long but eventually I got through it, so I didn’t really to much about and it’s kind of just nit picking so I liked it.
GOOD STUFF.
