Awareness is educational
Thank you for the detailed, step by step training.
I appreciated the clear method of explaining requirements along with visual aide. This course helped me better understand the differences and correlation between biological, chemical, physical, and cross-contamination hazards. I wasn’t aware of all of the risks involved in the food service industry. Not only am I able to help create a safe environment for our food business, but am more aware of the conditions and potential risks while taking my family out to eat at other food establishments. I am grateful that standards, policy, and procedures have been put in place to help keep people safe. In addition, I appreciated the mini-quiz opportunities with the immediate feedback to help me better monitor my progress.
Just lengthy and not engaging. Having more questions between modules to review would be a great way to review and see if your students are engaging in the training.
Very informational and short videos
The material was easy to understand and well thought through with interactive videos.
Being forced to review the course is not cool.
Very informative
It definitely went faster than I expected. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned a lot.

Thorough information to prepare you for the exam. Quite simple, especially if you have worked in the foodservice industry for multiple years or have taken similar courses such as ServSafe. Highly recommend!
