I thought this training was super informative and well-structured. It covered everything at a good talking pace as well. Most trainings can be super slow so I appreciated that.

Many, many issues

May 13, 2025

Someone needs to proofread the exam questions, MANY of them are completely incoherent… almost as if AI was involved. Secondly, your use of AI guarantees that I will never use your service again. It is not expensive to hire a voice actor, this module would have been 1 day of labor for a voice artist, extremely affordable and much more ethical than using AI. I appreciate that you are black and woman-owned, I try to support businesses like that, but AI use trounces all.
