Straightforward. Tells you everything you need to know. I wish the loading between modules was faster. It took about 1.5 hours. Exam is 40 questions and not difficult.

I had a great experience. The quality was better than i expected, and everything went good from start to finish

I like the fact that I could work at my own pace. I have been very preoccupied with life that I could not finish my modules. However, I was able to log on when peace came into my existence. I was able to pass my class because I did it when I was ready. Thank You This is just the beginning.

I liked the course, I thought it was good. I jut wish that we could speed up the video playback. I have ADD and I can get understimulated when people talk too slow

I love how the course covers all the material, and when the review questions popped up, I was happy that it was easier then I thought. It gives me the confidence that I will pass the exam!

Everything is great except that there are some times where you think that you are done with a module but then find out you aren’t, you end up having to rewatch the entire module

This was a good, concise course. The only thing is that I wish there were written materials to have on hand for studying and future referencing.

Mandatory training is clearly and easy for understanding.

I learned a lot about food-borne illnesses that I perviously did not have knowledge about. Most everything else is what I do in my everyday practice when dealing with food and mostly common sense.

I had some issues but could be due to connectivity. But overall, a good course and affordable.

Overall this training does the job. However, the description read that it was 1.5 hours, which is most certainly not the case. I didn’t time it, but I’m guessing it was closer to 3 hours. The quiz sections are a little clunky and sometimes there are questions to material that isn’t covered until the next session, but maybe that’s by design.

This was a great course! It took me about 90 minutes. The voice over was a little boring and there was no option to speed up the video, which I feel would be a great improvement.

You can’t just skim by this. The information is also interactive so you have to actually pay attention. Easy exam, everything is covered

It was simple, easy to follow, and great to see the review quizzes at the end of each session. It kept me engaged and helped me realise which answer goes with what question. Really got me to pay more attention.

I haven’t been in the culinary industry in over 20 years. This course was very easy to navigate through and follow. 1 or 2 of the exam questions was a bit confusing however, all in all it was very well put together.

Had to get this for an economics project and sell food at school. It was pretty easy and not too bad.
