This food handler’s course was easy to do at home and simple to understand. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get their food handlers permit.

This is fast and easy. My only feedback is that it’s not optimized for mobile and some of the sounds/cc don’t work perfectly.

Informative and helpful

This training is a requirement but it was so damn glitchy that I almost had a meltdown. I ended up having to rewatch/listen to almost every single segment because it wouldn’t allow me to continue 90% of the sections even though I’d watch it all the way through. I had to watch multiple segments 3 or even 4 times before the dang thing would let me proceed! It was the most frustrating certificate class I’ve ever had to partake in.

It has been great following this course and learning complex and simple concepts thru great visuals and voiceover. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to follow. And is 100% on your timing. No rush. Exit out when and when you come back you’re right where you left off. No problem!

Quick and informative

Multiple times, there would be questions asked that had not yet been mentioned only for the answer to come AFTER the quiz. Most notably was when asking about cooking times in relations to reducing possible bacteria or viruses and a question came up about Trichinella for cooking pork, however that wasn’t mentioned until immediately after the question so there’s no way for the person to know the answer to the question.

The color of the lettering i had trouble seeing. But other than that this was really great learning course.

This course was a shorter course than others I had found online. It moved at a rapid pace keeping me focused. I learned some new facts which was very helpful. I liked the short quizzes in-between the modules. I also liked that this is a woman and minority-owned business. I will definitely recommend this course to others who need this certification.

I think this training was easy to follow however I think some of the shorter modules could have been combine to make for less clicking.

EFFECTIVE AND APPROPRIATE

The training flowed and was easy to follow. Wish there was a 2x speed option for people who have been food safe certified before, but it’s been a while so that we can review more quickly.

Pretty comprehensive. I certainly took a lot of notes while trying to keep up. I wish there was the option to reverse or skip forward in the videos in order to reach specific timestamps, but that’s just a nothing sandwich.

I found that this site was very informative and easily understood.

Hello, I did the food manager’s course and honestly it was super easy to understand and get through, hassle free.

The course is of much common sense knowledge. It is pretty straight forward but it takes time. A 6th grader probably can do this well.

I enjoyed how thorough the testing was and have learned a lot from this!
