I learned alot of new information about food handling and it was great to get a refresher on all the different aspects of food handling.

This is the best course that I did. The topics are nicely structured and divided to easy understand. I dint even realized that I was going through a training as it was like a real time conversation with examples.

The test answer choices need to be reviewed for errors and corrected. Not very professional

I recently completed the TABC Certification Course, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The course was well-structured and covered all the essential topics related to responsible alcohol service. Here are some key points:

Took twice as long as necessary because of all the clicking (literally every 10-30 seconds just to keep the training going, and then the next module takes several seconds to load), all over the screen (could at least put buttons next to each other for submitting a quiz answer and then advancing to next question)

Simple easy to do online

It was cool to learn safe cooking, holding, and storage temperatures for different foods. Understanding the Danger Zone & how bacteria grow rapidly within it. Also how to use food thermometers correctly.

The AI voice sucks. At several points, it clearly misunderstood the language it was reading. It also made it hard to pay attention. Just hire someone to do the read next time

I like how easy it is and that is step by step

I believe this course was very educational. I rewatched numerous modules but the information easy to understand. Taking notes help to organize the information because it is face paced

This is a good course to take if you need or want more information working with food.

The training materials were fair. The AI voice had very poor diction, mispronouncing a few words and getting the emphasis wrong in several sentences. The negative effect was very noticeable, to me. The exam was significantly worse. At least 5 questions has contradictory or poorly written answer pools. Is it really so difficult to hire an extra HR generalist to write training courses?

The material was easy to read, informative, and allows you to repeat until you are clear on all questions.
