This program was easy and straight forward. I only fell asleep twice through the 1.5 hour course, but I think they must have recognized the dullness in the material and the lack of the will to remain conscious. You start to question whether this is an exercise in the Pavlovian method. Watch 15 seconds, pop up appears “Module Complete”, slight elation, press the button, repeat, dreamland beckons . One long video would have been so much easier…
My only true hang up was the test questions definitely need some review. Remember in middle school where you were the one finding spelling/grammatical errors in your teachers assignments, daily. Kinda felt like that. Maybe proof read so were not left guessing what to do with a question like this:
“Under ideal conditions, bacteria __________ can multiply every.
-20 minutes
-40 minutes
-90 minutes”
Otherwise, respect for what your doing. I am grateful for how easy and inexpensive you made it to get this done. Best wishes!

Important
I liked how short each lesson was and the areas that they made interactive so you didn’t just sit through a boring lesson. It’s about 1.5 hours and the questions of the exam were easy to understand.
Very nice to see
All areas of need to know were covered in this course.
This is a beneficial and easy way to get your food handlers. Also you learn a lot about safety with food in restraunts.
This took way too long and the mobile version was not helpful. It had way too many issues with sound.
I did find the test to be simple and to the point questions. This was helpful as it was hard to take notes to study from the videos since you could not pause and rewind to repeat was said. That was the only downfall of this course, was not being able to take notes well
Very informational!
Awesome food handling course
good information
this course is very informative
Very imformative and got educated
Informative and enjoyable. Very interactive with videos and questions to review what you have learned along the way.
Only thing I wish was different — after each page, the “module completed successfully” popup blocks the next module button. You have to click the X too dismiss (or wait a while) before proceeding to the next module. If you could just scoot that over just a little bit…
