The training was clear, precise, enjoyable, and informative. I was able to learn new things about food management and foodborne illnesses. Also, the importance of having the newly obtained knowledge to combat and prevent outbreaks. The AAA Handler food manager course offered great insight on basic operating procedures and protocols while raising awareness on the organizations that govern the food industry.
The lessons were to the point and much more interesting than I thought they would be. Pretty painless and comprehensive.
takes a very long time to load and complete.
Very Good
Easy to maneuver, like the quizes.
The names of bacterias, viruses and parasites jumble together easily for me which causes a lot of confusion- this area should be less listing of facts and should have something that helps each one stand out on it’s own in our brains to make them easier to remember.
Easy to learn and understand!
Great course!
Informative, presented understandably. Thorough.
Excellent course, wasn’t boring, simple terms
I enjoyed the course and found help in it.
Informative class
It was easy to follow, only thing is some of the sections that come across don’t show a blue dot at the end for you to be able to go back to a specific section, and that means you have to watch the whole section again. This is not for everything, but for some things.

na
awesome
The process for what is required is convenient. Just 2-3 questions seem like more than one answer could apply, but over all, it was clear and easy to understand.
The lady’s that made this program did an amazing job. its very educational and would recommend this to other people.
This was helpful, informative and very useful
Excelente información para mi aprendizaje…gracias
Good
This was a fine course and gave me the information I needed to pass the exam. However, there were quite a few typos throughout and the voice was clearly AI and robotic. It wasn’t very engaging and I wish there had been more “practice questions” after each section.
This information should be shared with everyone. It will help keep people safe at home and in restaurants. Anyone eating or cooking should follow these procedures.
First of all, I can’t stand the automated voice. with thousands of people paying almost 10 dollars per card, you can pay a voice actor to do your course. Do not participate in the choking out of talented jobs.
Secondly, what’s with the spelling and grammar errors? I regret supporting this course but unfortunately I already have so you can keep my money.
It was educational
i loved it
Thankful for this course that was easy to maneuver through and very helpful and informative details
