The training has a good organization, and clarity. It was interesting. I recommended it.
Taking this course as a refresher since I had already taken one for a different region is really helpful and really digs the information deep into my brain.
I think we can admit going through a full training course for food handling again after yours expired, is tedious. But this was a breeze to get through! The questions were the word for word explanations you got prior to the test.
