I love how everything was simple and to the point the rewind feature would me nice to go back and no have to star over each time
I wish you could back up the recording. You can pause, but if I wanted to hear something twice the only way is to play the whole thing over. The way my memory works is hearing things twice is helpful.

I think questions should be straight forward using common sense. No need to words it to sound confusing. When you are on the job, you have to use your basic common sense to make quick decision to make your best judgement to prevent bad things from happening,

OK A LITTLE BIT REPETITIVE
Software for phone provided slides that were extremely small font. Otherwise training was good.

the fact that this test is now required for all alcohol servers regardless if you’re only serving beer and wine in California should be free. These companies should not be gaining profits for something that is required.
