not bad
I liked how this lesson was engaging so I was not just sitting here watching videos for an hour and a half straight.
Learned alot and by working in a food establishment currently it flows right with my everyday work habits. Very smooth running online class.
I recently completed the Food Manager Certification course, and it was a very valuable experience. The course covered all the essentials of food safety—everything from preventing foodborne illnesses to proper handling, storage, and regulatory compliance.
What I appreciated most was how clearly the material was presented. The practice exams were especially helpful in preparing me for the certification test, and I felt confident going in. The flexibility to study at my own pace made it easy to fit into my schedule.
I’d recommend this certification to anyone in food service management. Not only does it meet the legal requirements, but it also gives you the confidence to maintain a safe and compliant food environment.
The program was easy to access and easy to use. Would recommend
This module was very informative with step-by-step points on the proper way of safety cooking and storing food.
En el proceso del curso FSQA, he aprendido de forma didactica, facil y con lenguaje sencillo sobre Seguridad de Alimentos y Calidad. He puesto todo mi dispocision para aprender o fortalecer mis conocimientos de la industria alimentaria.

great
Instructional and ease of use. Would recommend.
I really liked how it was all made in video to capture your attention and make it easier to remember.
This course is great. It is clear, easy to understand, and fast paced. There is no redundancy. Just a few glitches where the voice over was super high speed and unable to be heard in 2 modules.
This is a very easy course to take. But the test includes even some small minor details. Pay attention to anything that has a number associated, and remember those types of contamination. You will get asked. I don’t think the test misses anything. So watch the course carefully to remember the details.
If text to speech (not AI; old school TTS) doesn’t bother you and you just want a simple class to get your food handlers certificate, then this is the class for you!
The course is very good, interesting and above all, they teach us different things to implement in our daily life at home
This is a great module to come back to when updating your food handlers it makes it a lot easier because you can make your account so you can come back to it almost any time to finish the course especially if you are busy
