Food Manager Reviews
4.9
Was it boring? Yeah. But was it to the point? Also yes. This training didn’t drag on and gave clear information on how to handle food in a safe way. I took a star away because some of the questions in the exam were so badly worded I had to decode what they meant. It was only a couple questions but annoying enough to be an issue.
Learned a lot of things on how to prepare food properly.
The AAA Food Handler Course was very detailed and gave confirmation for the experiences I had visiting with my Dad who was Chef serving in The Coast Guard for 21 Years. I Was able to remember the times we had On Seas and Off Seas and how thorough my Dad was about the Logistics of the Food Industry. Regarding Temperatures, Cleaning and Serving Guest exceptionally well. The Training Courses reassured me of all the nessecasry procredures in the Food Industry & Customer Service to apply in the Food Industry with exceptional service. Thank You!

Most Food handlers course’s I’ve taken takes hours and this one was just under an hour and was easy to follow
This course was informative but the narrator sounded somewhat like a robot which could be easy to lose focus with.
good
