Easy to follow, easy test questions

The training was excellent; it provided thorough explanations that effectively prepare you for the certification exam. Although I haven’t taken the exam yet, I hope to pass with flying colors. Great job to the team that developed this platform!

Honestly, this is very helpful and very understanding.

I found this a thorough and informative course. The pace was comfortable and subject matter presented in an easy to follow manner.

This is a great course to help you prepare for the exam.

Very easy to navigate training coarse. Extensive training that you can pause or redo at any point! I didn’t have internet for computer, but very easy to do with phone. Can go back to modules you need extra training and note taking. You can stop and go back many times when performing different tasks, we all have busy lives.

Dont like being forced to review. It should be optional.

VERY THOROUGH. EXCELLENT COURSE.

I like the detailed information but I find it to be quite premature as far as the questions goes. I was being asked questions that were upcoming and had to guess the answer. The questions should not be asked if it wasn’t previously discussed.

Very detailed and it gave me great insight on alcohol beverage service responsibility.

A lot of common sense mixed with a good dose of legalese

Learned a ton.

The presentation was informative and well paced. The quizzes were helpful. I wish he quizzes showed me the correct answer for the questions I got wrong.

While the RBS training course was quite thorough, the follow up on Exam Scheduling is very unclear and confusing. The is no direct direction and the email received simply tells me to check my messages while at the same time displaying “There are no messages in my message directory” Over all i would say the end point of the training course fell short of expecations.

This course was very good, because of how easy it was to understand everything in the course and makes sure that you are paying attention through quizzes after each module.

Most of the exam was common sense, and the modules were easy to manage to get through. I played them using my AirPods while driving, at the gym, and at home, and got through them in one afternoon/evening.

I enjoyed learning from this comprehensive training to improve the safety of handling food to customers.
