North Dakota does not require food safety training for cottage food producers. However, completing a Food Handler certificate is strongly recommended to ensure safe food handling practices and enhance consumer confidence. I am required to obtain a food handling certificate for a roadside farm stand and within 2 hours of knowing I needed this, I was able to complete the course with full understanding on how to keep my area, food, and other people safe, healthy and clean!
learned alot
Great and easy
Course is informational and teaches all the basics of everything you need to know, but very very boring, uses an AI voice, and sometimes glitches out and doesn’t let you continue.
.
I really liked how straightforward and informative the food handler training was. It didn’t drag on or overwhelm with too much info — everything was clear and to the point. I finished it feeling confident about the safety guidelines and what’s expected in a food service environment. It was a smooth and easy process, and I’d definitely recommend it to others needing their certification.
Redundant at times. Website is glitchy. Overall good information.

GOOD CLASS, TEACHES YOU EVERY THING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Good class and very informative, class had a few glitches and trouble loading and wouldn’t proceed to other modules on phone and stayed locked. Worked better on desktop. A few exam questions a bit open ended but exam overall good
