If you are going to start any business that deals with food, handling of food, cooking food, cleaning and sanitation – This is a must course – anyone and everyone who decides to handle food whether professionally or personally needs this course. I just started my small home based cake business and I am glad I took this course. A lot of informative information. The course was not expensive to have peace of mind and assurance to know what you need to do and how to properly handle food and how to clean your area. Thank you AAA.

Informative, and relatively painless

November 1, 2025

Easy to access materials, the information itself is understandable and memorizable. Only minor issue is the difficulty in pausing, unpausing, and going back to specific points in a video. The pause button is the only way to actually pause it (as opposed to clicking on the video or pressing the f4 button on the computer), and it’s quite small.
