Decent

September 30, 2022

Decent program, good price. The material was not entirely presented in a logical order and some of the topics were only halfway discussed (i.e. having 4 points and only discussing 3). The quiz was hard even with the notes I took. Some of the questions were not content aligned and others had answers that could go both ways. I would recommend this course to others but would also recommend a review.

September 30, 2022

I learned specific details about food safety, chemical contamination, and reducing the risks of foodborne pathogens that could harm the public health of customers. Food handling takes abundance amounts of responsibility to simultaneously follow safety guidelines and serve delicious food.
