Course was long but very informative. Well worth the time
I went into this mandatory training expecting it to be dry and tedious, but I was pleasantly surprised. The content was clear, relevant, and thoughtfully presented. It felt more like a conversation than a lecture. I appreciated the clean layout, the practical examples, and how easy it was to follow. It was painless, informative, and honestly one of the better training modules I’ve completed. Great job to whoever put this together.
I have learned a lot about about how foodborne illness exist and how human handling process could contribute on a daily basis, hence the importance of food safety handling from receiving to serving from all areas, as well as the right time and temperature of handling the products.

This online class was both helpful and informative!
Everyone should take this classes in High school before graduationg
A lot of time getting stuck
great training easy to understand
I enjoyed the short videos with the follow up review questions.
very helpful and insightful
Did not take much time at all!
Easy to use
Very informative, and very long due the fact that I did this on the phone.
There’s already a mandatory final exam with RBS itself, so we should not have to take SO many quizzes during training, since training does not provide you the RBS certification. There should have only been ONE 10-question quiz PER FULL SECTION!!!
It covers the basics and provides the resources to pass the test.
Great RBS
I work a lot so the course was just a lot of time and it was tough and I had to split it up a bit.
The course is well done and highlights a lot of important information to keep you and your establishment from doing the wrong thing. It is longer than the 90 minutes though.

I feel like I learned a lot about cross contamination and foodborne illnesses. Although some of the scenes were a little too graphic for my taste. I probably shouldn’t have been eating while taking this course.
This was nice and easy to reivew and understand.
