very educational and good videos
educational
The course was informative, and the graphics made it more enjoyable.
This course was affordable, very informative and educational, very thorough and easy to understand and retain, but the actual website function was lacking. I have a brand new computer with high speed internet so that wasn’t the issue. Something is glitchy with the website.
This course took so long to complete, the website was so slow loading each module, and would get stuck and tell me that I needed to complete what I already completed before proceeding. Various modules would take at least 30-45 seconds to load, if they were even able to load at all. (I’ll explain more below) and being that there were about 80 modules, that added on another hour of time needed to complete this training, so no, this course is not only 1 1/2 – 2 hours. It took me about 4 hours over 2 days to complete this due to modules getting stuck after completion and not allowing me to continue on for several minutes, where I would have to re-watch the entire module again at least 3 times. I tried logging out and back in, several times, but I would still have to rewatch the same module over again. Like it wasn’t acknowledging it was complete. A couple of modules I actually rewatched 5 times in order for it to finally allow me to proceed to the next module. Super frustrating!!
Also note that one of the questions in the review had incorrect information.
The question was “Alcohol is a depressant that can” a) Induce Sleep b)Relieve anxiety. c) PREVENT seisuers (spelled wrong too) d) All of the above. According to the course, D is the correct answer. But alcohol DOES NOT PREVENT seizures!! So this should be corrected.
Did it over the course of 5 days, just a lil at a time. Some of the modules got stuck and would make me watch over again but other than that it worked ok
Informative and helpful so as to reduce liability for myself

No issues, easy but too many modules.
Great course!
This mandatory training is made so much easier simply because most of the information is provided and taught via animated training videos instead of simply reading pages upon pages of information. Some of the most important info is color-coded, which makes remembering categories much easier to do come quiz time. There are even “mini-quizzes” spread throughout the modules, just to make sure that some of the most important info is being retained. This is probably the most enjoyable mandatory training I’ve had to do in my 9 years of restaurant work. Thanks so much!
The course was good. I like that it involved more than just read and listen. The exam needs someone to edit the questions as some were poorly written. A few questions seem to have more than 1 right answer. I do not know if that is intentional.
I enjoyed this course and how easy it was to follow along. It gave a lot of great information and provided me with the knowledge needed.
It was super informative and interactive. Great company!
this was easy to do and wasn’t hard to do at all.
