Modules were very informative and covers a lot, but most is common sense. I just wish there was a review of our test scores. It doesn’t show how many we got correct or wrong. It just shows if you passed.
I would like to know any questions I got wrong so I could learn from it.
helpful and easy to understand

Great content!
The course was easy to follow along. Each lesson can be paused or rewatched to take notes.
I finish these course in a four hours. If you have time, you can do it in one sitting.
A lot of information!!! You will need to take notes.
The only problem was it didn’t allow you to go back a few seconds, you had to start the module all over.
This training course was thorough and informative. Great for anyone looking to learn or be reminded of how to safely and effectively manage a kitchen.
Now I have all knowledge that how to handle food safety
The sections were well spaced. The graphics were clear and easy to understand. The voice reading was easy to listen to. This was a very good course In my opinion. One must take the time to read each question as sometimes you are asked the opposite of what you might assume is being asked. My advice is to take the time to properly understand what each question is asking. Also allow yourself enough time to learn and go at your own pace.
very simple and easy learning program
