The way this training is cut to sections and the explanations makes it easy to understand and follow.
Very easy to follow along!
Course was simple, easy to understand, and navigate.
Certain parts of this training are out of order. For example, trichinosis was not mentioned in the video until after the “review” section which contained a question on it. Additionally, the AI or voice actor reading the words mispronounced several of them.
Very well explained
This online course is well presented and easy to follow. It’s also very convenient and affordable.
The course was quick and covered a lot of information in a relatively short period of time. Interface could be a little better as far as the interactions go.
Information was clear and easily understood
course is kind of long but very informative and detailed and easy to follow and understand
Some parts were a bit repetitive and the AI lady voice was a bit hard to follow, but otherwise the whole course made sense and the review sessions were very helpful.

Muy bueno
Easy to follow and very informative
I learned alot
Training was cool I like the way it set up simple easy to navigate and very easy to understand
There was good information, but the experience was not great. Here are some things I really did not like: the robot narrator was very annoying; the timing was often off between the audio and video; I could not go back to certain points in the video without replaying the entire video; the section on variances was not covered well; but then there are several points that get repeated many times. Repetition is good for learning, but these videos can be rewatched as many times as needed. Some of us don’t need that much repetition, and it just makes for an unnecessarily longer video.
This course is a quick, easy, and highly informative course. Would recommend.
Very straightforward and easy to navigate. Able to take notes and pause & stop when I wanted to.
would be better if it was shorter
me parece muy bien toda la informacion que nos da este curso para dar un buen servicio y evitar cualquier enfermedad. Es muy importante saber todo acerca de la manipulacion de la comida
Simple, user friendly and informational.
