The course includes food safety essentials such as personal hygiene, time and temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, allergen awareness, and cleaning and sanitizing practices.
The AAA Food Handler Certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of completion. Some employers or jurisdictions may require earlier renewal based on internal policies.

4.9
This course was quite informative and easy to work through.
Love this training course. It was very useful and helped me learn food safety.
The course itself is fine however the test is where I take issue. A possible answer for one of the questions is, “bacteria __20 minutes__ can multiple every day.” This not grammatically correct and is confusing. At least two questions/answers had horrible wording and should certainly be reviewed. Afterall, we’re paying for an accredited course, grammar shouldn’t be an obstacle.
This course was simple and quick to understand.
I found it very comprehensive and educational.
Very informative
Pretty straight forward.
Great course, will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I am currently looking for a job and this platform made it very easy to get my certificate so I can add to my resume. Was able to finish under 3 hours.
I was pretty good I guess.
It was very easy and straightforward. Some of the sections could be together to shorten the course but overall can’t complain
Muy excelente
A lot of the slides seemed to be missing sound
I review the history, about food service and how to take care of good environment.
