This course was very insightful and refreshing. I feel that I now have a clearer understanding of how important food safety in kitchen spaces. From learning how to properly wash hands, handle raw and ready to eat foods, and the importance of keeping foods out of the danger zone. The lessons that especially peaked my interest were cleaning and sanitation and preventing cross contamination. This is very important and everyone show be taught this lesson. Me gustó mucho la manera del curso es didáctico y fácil para el aprendizaje
This course was very informative, I like the choice if short videos instead of paragraphs.
Found this product to be easy to use, navigate and effective.
there were some typos in the exam itself; one or two questions seemed to have more than one correct answer or were open-ended. Overall the guide was informative and really well made modules
Great knowledge and recommend
