Necessary, Informative, and Entertaining

This training is required for my position. When I first looked at the Module Directory I was overwhelmed by all the categories and topics discussed. I felt like there was no way I could pass a test let alone stay awake through all the training.

Once I began the training I found the short sessions were actually very informative. The repeat of important information throughout all the modules was a good way for my brain to absorb what was being taught. Included with that simple visuals which helped illustrate various points. About the time I was struggling to keep focus the module required me to interact with the screen.

I enjoyed the review sessions and again, the repeat questions which were written to be a little different and caused me to think. Creating a more powerful recall through repetition. I can’t say I would love to take the course again. Should it become a requirement I would recommend this company. Easy to take breaks and spend a few days working through the modules.
