After taking the courses, I felt it was a great refresher of lots of information I’m already familiar with! Very good outlines starting from the basics to the information behind sources of contamination in the food industry and history was very informative and good for all levels of experienced food handlers.

The course is very neatly organized, and I had fun learning about every aspect of the food industry!

I wasn’t able to do it on the phone which was a problem but overall it served its purpose on educating me on food handling safety and i did learn about all sort of ways to prevent food born illness and how to properly store foods

I was able to go through the learning modules quickly while pausing due to external factors. The information presented was clear and absent any unnecesary fill ins. All of the information is applicable to both the exam and day to day workplace use.
