This was extremely easy, informative, and understandable. It was not insanely time consuming and I was able to easily retain information. I enjoyed the short videos and how it was interactive at times. If you watch all of the videos, you will easily be able to pass the end exam. 10/10 would recommend.

The process for what is required is convenient. Just 2-3 questions seem like more than one answer could apply, but over all, it was clear and easy to understand.

I like the training because it was easy to understand. The modules are clear and precise.

I loved how interactive it was, it wasn’t boring. I loved the review questions after each section, it prepared me well for the test

It would be nice to be able to scroll back or rewind the videos during the courses. I was handwriting notes and would have to either pause very often or rewatch a whole video just to get one detail i missed towards the end.

This isn’t a terribly hard concept, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to teach.

The course is well structured and organized. I believe I’m ready for this test (we’ll see!).

The only note I have is that I wish they would hire a real voice actress and not use text-to-speech. That tech makes it much harder to stay focused and a voice actor can do a better job conveying the concepts covered in the course. There were multiple times where I had to spend some time relistening because of the text-to-speech robotic cadence had me thinking they were saying something slightly different than the text (especially with lists).

I have taken this course the traditional way with text books and paper over the past twenty years. I learn best when course information is presented by visual and auditory means. The course also allows yoiu to redo both modules and review questions for each unit. I was totally impressed with how the course was set up. With no reservations, I highly recommend take this Food Manager course.
