this training was clear and professional the only thing I would have to make it better is a way to tell how far you are into the course, if you are on a time line it would be nice to know how much you have left.

This course is imperative to any individual working within the restaurant industry. And extremely helpful to those working within their own kitchens.

It was hard at first but I only made it so by moving to fast but I hope I pass

I really enjoyed this course because it’s well-organized and easy to follow. What I appreciate the most is how interactive it is, which makes learning dynamic and engaging. The practical exercises and activities helped me understand the concepts better and retain the information more effectively.

As a suggestion, it would be great to have a summary or a quick review quiz at the end of each module. This would help reinforce the key points and ensure all the information has been absorbed.

Gave me some good points to pass on my team and myself. Easy to follow and not to dragged out on the info.

The course was not painful. It was appropriate in length and in content.

The training was pretty straight forward and understandable. The only issues I had were you can’t rewind the video, only restart the entire clip which means if you missed one detail you have to sit through the entire clip again for that one moment. Another issue I had was certain modules would have severe delay from the audio to video, and refreshing the page did not help the issue.

Very concise, clear and current material, that moved at a good pace to help retain information, but not bore me and lose my attention. Well recommended.

a majority of the course did not have any audio and the closed captioning needs to be turned on manually every time.
