This information could be beneficial for our daily bases food safety at work and even in our own homes to our families. I really learned more about storing and the right cooking temperature for different proteins !!

Plus, all type of cross contamination that could cause a huge risk to us.

the training program is extremely easy to navigate and informative. AAA allows you to work at your own pace. I highly recommend this company. Everything you need right in one place and at a low cost

Good, but captions only work half the time/synced correctly or showing up at all. Not great for people with hearing impairments.

I learned alot of new information about food handling and it was great to get a refresher on all the different aspects of food handling.

This is the best course that I did. The topics are nicely structured and divided to easy understand. I dint even realized that I was going through a training as it was like a real time conversation with examples.

The test answer choices need to be reviewed for errors and corrected. Not very professional
