Thorough training

Modules where detailed and absence of a lot of technical issues. Would have preferred the ability to rewind and replay sections of each module instead of having to replay the entire module. Some of the reviews had questions that weren’t even discussed until the next session. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Some modules didn’t offer CC. Ability to download an outline would have been helpful for note taking purposes.
