Great interactive way or teaching

May 9, 2025

Even though all these information is very dense, the way videos are made in sections and interactions are a better way to study. Hopefully I would only need one take on the exam.

Simple to understand and to the point

May 9, 2025

This course was relatively quick. Everything presented was done so in a simple, easy to understand way and was also quick and to the point. I took notes, but I feel that the review questions along the way were helpful and I probably didn’t need the extra notes I have.

In Indiana, while training is not mandatory before taking the Food Protection Manager Certification exam, it is highly recommended. Accredited providers, such as AAA Food Handler offer comprehensive training programs that prepare candidates for the exam. Food Protection Manager Certification programs cover essential topics like food safety principles, contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance.

The Food Manager exam consists of 80 multiple-choice questions, but only 75 of them are scored. The remaining 5 are pilot questions used for research and do not count toward your final score. To pass the exam, you must achieve a minimum score of 70% based on the 75 graded questions.
