The training was very informative, put how you move around a kitchen to perspective. Training was well done, informative, and had a lot of common sense applied to it.

Fine Course That Served Its Purpose

September 21, 2025

The course itself is fine however the test is where I take issue. A possible answer for one of the questions is, “bacteria __20 minutes__ can multiple every day.” This not grammatically correct and is confusing. At least two questions/answers had horrible wording and should certainly be reviewed. Afterall, we’re paying for an accredited course, grammar shouldn’t be an obstacle.
