A bit long but very good

July 22, 2021

It was a bit confusing at first because I decided to get a Food Handler’s card in order to work for a job, so its way of addressing me as a business owner was very odd. Also I took an extra day to finish it because from me writing notes as I went through each lesson, it took much longer to complete. However, I think it helped me retain and understand the information.
