I liked how short each lesson was and the areas that they made interactive so you didn’t just sit through a boring lesson. It’s about 1.5 hours and the questions of the exam were easy to understand.
Very nice to see

very easy to learn from detail learning
I’m very happy that I choose AAAfroodhandler, everything is actually very easy and clear.
I learned a lot while taking this course especially about the different types of food born illness’s that can occur from different types of foods.
We went over everything I needed to know to get my certification.
Great and informative training!
This course covers everything it needs to, and I was happy to hear it is majority women and minority owned. The material is presented in an easily digestible way.
At the same time, the AI voice is grating to me, it is distracting and sometimes messes up pronunciation, making the material more confusing than it needs to be. Also, sometimes review questions are asked about material that is not yet covered, specifically in the section about different pathogens. Lastly, please stop spreading the misinformation that MSG is a dangerous additive, this is and has always been untrue and racist, and has been debunked over and over.
the course was laid out very well and easy to understand. The quizzes were helpful in testing my knowledge of the material and helped me know my weak points so that i cold work on them
It was a good learning and training for food manager course
Excellent course, my only gripe with it was the inability to move forward or back if I missed something. Had to replay the module completely. I understand not allowing moving forward, but it would be great if it could allow going back a few seconds.
This was a great program I’ve learned so much for home and business.
simple and concise
Was a great training for the exam. It was very helpful.
this course was very informative and helped me prepare for the required tests.
This was an easy way to learn at your own pace.
This was easy to follow along. I liked that I could do it at my own pace. I liked how it had questions after the courses to make sure you were understanding what they were teaching.

it is Contains all the information a Bartender needs to be able to serve alcohol
Really helpful information that was easily understandable
so so
Had a great experience receiving my TABC certification through AAA Food Handler!
Never a dull moment
very informative
It was straight forward! The frequent quizzes in between were good in verifying retention of knowledge and checking that we are paying attention. However, although I know that this program focuses on safety, I wish there was way more technical information on the preparation aspect of bartending such as alcohol types, mixing, and measurements for those of us that have never been behind a bar. I also noticed an inaccuracy; in one of the sections it states that 18-20 year old bartenders cannot pour alcohol but this is not true. According to the B & P Code 25663 – Employment of Minors on the federal ABC website as of currently, it says that within certain restrictions minors between the ages of 18-20 can serve alcohol. This service of alcohol describes delivery, presentation, opening, and/or pouring of alcohol. Please update this as it is important for those of us between the ages of 18-20 looking to bartend to have access to accurate information.
easy
The train was long, but very informative.
Quick and simple and informative
Great visuals and was effortless when progressing through models. Quizzes throughout program really hit it to home base.
This training is very straightforward and has mini tests along the way to see what you’ve learned.
This was long but good
Needs more on in-house controls and possible pitfalls do to inappropriate behavior by staff.
