Quick and Painless

One section of your module froze up and I could not hear the end of it even when I went back and restarted the module, also your speaker stated 125 when the module said 135 on a section.

As a returning student to AAA’s RBS Training program, I would have to say it never disappoints! Very informative and “to the point” information to ensure a safe work environment amongst alcohol served businesses. There are so many things outside of the realm of just a service professional that are covered in this 3 hour module. There should be separate modules for just service people and the actual licensee.

The information is fine. But it is presented with a horrible AI voiceover at a pace that can not be adjusted for faster or slower learners. There is no option to simply read the material. So, if you are a learner that does no do well with a lecture format (especially from a robot that uses inaccurate, disjointed, pacing, cadence, and pauses) then this will be maddening for you. Additionally, it is extremely ablest .
