Sure! Here’s a clearer and more polished version of your feedback:

1. The volume throughout the module is inconsistent. At one point, the volume dropped significantly, so I increased my speaker volume—then the module suddenly got very loud, which startled me.

2. I wish there were slides or reference materials available. Since all the modules are in video format, it’s difficult to go back and find specific information I want to review.

This course was informative, and well structured. The only thing that could use improvement from the consumer side is the ability to rewind the videos. If there is a loud noise and you miss something, or you are taking notes and do not get to the pause button in time, you have rewatch the entire video to get back to the part that was missed.
