I think it would be so beneficial for this course to be played to Senior H.S. students who are off to college and many never have spent much time in their own kitchen or preparing meals.

Seems to be a drawn out version of the standard food worker test, with just more reiteration of the same policies and expectations set forth in the $15 base certification.

January 17, 2023

In my personal opinion I had no problem with the information as it was readily presented, my issue was with several videos presented there was no option to turn on closed captioning of the narration which I found irritating taking the test at work with ambient noise in the bathroom. also not bolding keywords for a negative question did trip me up. If that how the questions are presented during the real exam, I myself will be more careful.
