El curso es muy interesante y nos da demasiada informacion acerca de las normas de seguridad que tenemos que seguir para manipular cualquier tipo de alimentos, ofrece de maneras seguras de descongelacion , coccion, limpieza de alimentos ,limpieza de manos y limpieza de utencilios que se vayan a utilizar,limpieza de las areasen las que estas trabajando, te muestra a las temperaturas idones de coccion, congelacion y de que manera puedes almacenar la comida de manera segura, tanto el en almacen como en el refrigerador……

I couldn’t hear anything the lady in the video talks the whole time . On majority of the training you can’t hear here talk at all . I failed it twice

Overall a good class. Some of the review questions were about material that the module hadn’t covered yet, but other than that it was a good class.

The course is good and informative. I wish I could start from the beginning and it would role through all of the modules without clicking each one.
