I love how this course was able to fit into my schedule. It covered the most important aspects of food safety, etc. I learned so much, too.

While the training is very informative and taught me some new things, I did not like that we have no review questions after going from one module to the next. There is a lot of info to process in 90 minutes so that would have been helpful.

I appreciated the inclusion of captioning and background music to help me keep focus throughout the units. Units were clear and informative without dragging too much.

I enjoyed that the modules were easy to get through and not too long in case you needed to take a break. It encouraged me to keep “just doing one more,” which made it easy to get through the course in its entirety. I feel that this course was very informative and covered every aspect necessary to be a food manager.

The videos are to the point and not long at all. They were informative and interactive. The review questions between modules as well as sample exams at the end of the course were also very beneficial

This course was very thorough and I loved that you could move at your own pace. It also gives you the option to go back to any modules for review. The short quizzes at the end helps understand all the information you learned .

Took right about an hour and a half, like it said it would. The videos did have an automated voice, which was okay. The animations were decent, so it wasn’t awful sitting through it. Gave a good overview of food handling safety.
