Does the job, I guess, but this course is poorly scripted and organized, with numerous grammatical mistakes and a grating AI voice-over. If I hadn’t taken a food-handling course before, I think I would’ve been even more confused. I recommend looking elsewhere for certification.

The information was beneficial, and the training was painless. I would like to see more interaction (exercises), and I did not like that if I wanted to go back a few seconds on the video, I had to watch the whole video over, when I just wanted to listen to the previous 15 seconds, for example. Perhaps you could add a fast-forward and rewind button.

Overall it was easy and informative! I will note that the audio didn’t work on most of the modules, so I had to keep resetting the close-captioning.

I wish there was a way to scroll through parts of the videos. It was frustrating to be taking notes during the videos and miss something because there was no way for me to move back a little bit and catch it. The only option is to start the video over at the beginning.

Everything was straight to the point, examples given were great to explain the scenarios better. Easily digestible so it wasn’t hard to keep my focus on the training.

The module and videos are helpful and give a lot of information. The information is done in a great manner to explain the dangers of items and the proper storage of items. The program is great and prepares you for the test.

Hello, I did the food manager’s course and honestly it was super easy to understand and get through, hassle free.

The course is of much common sense knowledge. It is pretty straight forward but it takes time. A 6th grader probably can do this well.

I enjoyed how thorough the testing was and have learned a lot from this!
