Really like the lessons I learned. Learned so much about fast food and the real experience restaraunts go through. My only flaw I had for this is once I finish a video, it stays in a loading screen which I have to refresh 4 times which was frustrating to me. Everything else, is great.
Great course with all great and useful information. The only thing is the Exam had a couple oddly phrased questions and/or answers. I passed in the end, so it all worked out though.
The video was very informal. I felt like I learned a lot throughout the video like how and when to use proper ways to handle food.
My Experience with this course and exam was pretty easy when you take notes and pay close attention to what’s going on.
The Mandatory training course was pretty easy to do when you right down notes to help you with the Exam and are paying close attention to the course .
