This course was relatively quick. Everything presented was done so in a simple, easy to understand way and was also quick and to the point. I took notes, but I feel that the review questions along the way were helpful and I probably didn’t need the extra notes I have.

Any individual overseeing food preparation or safety in a food establishment must hold a valid Food Protection Manager Certification. This includes restaurant managers, shift leaders, and supervisors.

The Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credential is valid for 5 years from the date you pass your exam. After it expires, you’ll need to retake the certification exam.
