In Clark County, including Las Vegas, individuals must take an in-person test administered by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) to obtain a Food Handler Safety Card. While cards accredited by the ANAB are generally accepted

Couple Of Questions Tripped Me Up

There was a practice question during the temperature section about ice that was phrased oddly. It asked if soda can be stored in ice. When I answered yes, it said it cannot be stored in the ice maker, which was not the question. There were also a few during the test that had multiple correct answers. Thanks!
