Easy to understand and straightforward, just wish there was more functions that most online video players have by default

July 8, 2023

I thought the course was doable. A lot of it is common sense, but also very informative. The exam also has questions that require some critical thinking as opposed to be all just regurgitating factoids from the course. I will say, I wish the video player saved the volume you set the last video to. There were multiple times I got my ears blasted because the video got set to max volume (under 20% volume is what I kept turning it down to). I also wish you can “scrub” through videos with a slider at the bottom of the video. It really sucked when I missed something and I had to start from the beginning again. Lacking this basic feature makes it very unfriendly and inaccessible for people with ADHD. But I’m glad to have gotten my certification!
