loved it. very helpful and at my own pace

It’s thanks to this food handler’s training course that I now know the proper ways to store, handle, prepare, cook, serve, and maintain the safest temperature for any given food item. Unfortunately, due to the robotic computerized voice and disingenuous health inspector avatar, it makes it difficult to stay properly immersed and focused on the training course without a living human presence.

This is the body of the review, telling people about my experiences.

Perfect course, easy to comprehend.

The site was user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Too many modules and many are too short. Some have one sentence. makes it boring and time consuming.

This training was very to the point effective plain and simple. Very detailed learning experience.

The course was smooth. I like the periodic quizzes. I would’ve liked to have left my review after my practice test so I know how much the materials prepared me for the practice (I understand the limitations of prepping for the actual test). But it was easy to navigate, no tech problems, and gave me ideas for my shop that I plan on implementing.

I really appreciated the thoroughness of this training. Also, it was very helpful having the review quizzes located all throughout the modules. I learned so many new things that I wasn’t aware of and will begin practicing immediately.

This training was very thorough. The Modules were very easy to follow and the review questions were a great follow up to each chapter. Look forward to apply the knowledge i have gained in this course.

This training was convenient and completed on my own time schedule. I appreciate that it was online.

Some of the information came and went a little too quickly on the slide show. I did need to pause and repeat a few of the screens to be sure I understood what it was telling me.

The course seamed though at a good speed. I took notes and was able to stop and start as needed.
