This program allowed me to finish my food handlers course and pass my exam in 2 hours with easy and direct instruction.

I learned a lot ,especially with how to thaw out foods and to never leave it on the counter. Would recommend to anyone and not just for people who have to work in the food industry.

The training course includes a lot of important information. The course also has a lot of pictures, which is great for visual learners. it goes by pretty fast. I would like the option to skip through the parts that i already reviewed, as some parts does let you skip after you properly went through them. overall i would definitely recommend this to other employers.

This training provided the information I needed to know for confidence as an aspiring new; first-time food service provider. The only thing I can think of at this time that I would like to see for improvement of food manager training is an area within the training course to ask or submit questions for clarification about information in each section or module of the course. For example, being able to ask questions about the comparison of functions in various states, such as the function of large, garage-door-style openings from indoor dining rooms to outdoor patio seating for customers (witnessed frequently in commercial food service establishments). This is in regard to the portion of training on keeping doors and windows closed, screened, and as recommended, having an air-curtain on doors.

Overall, the training offered was informative. However, there are parts of the testing process which included questions not covered in the specific modules previously viewed (although were covered in later modules). Also, you can’t “rewind” the training during a specific module unless you go to start the module over. This makes it difficult to relisten to important info from that specific module.

Simple easy to do online

It was cool to learn safe cooking, holding, and storage temperatures for different foods. Understanding the Danger Zone & how bacteria grow rapidly within it. Also how to use food thermometers correctly.

The AI voice sucks. At several points, it clearly misunderstood the language it was reading. It also made it hard to pay attention. Just hire someone to do the read next time

I like how easy it is and that is step by step

I believe this course was very educational. I rewatched numerous modules but the information easy to understand. Taking notes help to organize the information because it is face paced

This is a good course to take if you need or want more information working with food.
