The Class was very Informative. I just wish I would have gotten the results of the test rather then just that I passed so I would know where I went wrong if I went wrong anywhere.

Good information to know

The modules are very helpful. I learned a lot about food handling.

First I appreciate the statement that this was created by a woman and minority owned entity! A lot of information with lots of details.

The course itself is fine—however, it is not very friendly on mobile formats. The audio sometimes cuts out and you have to restart from the beginning. The “optional” tests are not optional, you do have to complete them before being allowed to schedule your exam. I would have completed these anyway but it was a little annoying to be forced to do them when they’re labeled as optional.

The course was clear , simple to follow and covered exactly what I needed to feel prepared for my Food Manager test. I liked the step by step breakdowns and practical examples.

Good refresher for real kitchen work too!

Very informative and easy course to follow!! I recommend this course to anyone who’s looking to start their business.

Love the convenience of completing the training at my own pace. Some of the quiz questions along the way (checking for understanding as you complete each unit of learning) were not 100% aligned to the content in that unit, but easy to figure out.

It was complete and comperhensive. Not super exicting but did what was supposed to (teach me what I needed for the test).

I noticed that some of the questions asked in a module did not have the information given in that module, but in a later module instead. Course said 1 hour and 30 mins , but is significantly longer.

The training materials were fair. The AI voice had very poor diction, mispronouncing a few words and getting the emphasis wrong in several sentences. The negative effect was very noticeable, to me. The exam was significantly worse. At least 5 questions has contradictory or poorly written answer pools. Is it really so difficult to hire an extra HR generalist to write training courses?

The material was easy to read, informative, and allows you to repeat until you are clear on all questions.

Lessons are easy to understand and the quizzes after each module are based on common sense so all you have to do is pay attention and there’s no way you can’t pass it’s great it’s awesome course

The step by step guide and the ability to go back and watch any module again is very helpful. Things are explained completely and very easily understandable. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to get their Food Handlers Certification.
